Main job duties
Renovation Planner
A renovation planner's job is to carefully listen to customer requests and lifestyles, and then propose housing plans. They conduct on-site surveys, create renovation plans including layouts, equipment, and interiors, and are responsible for estimates and explanations of construction details. To bring customers' ideal lifestyles to life, they play a role in supporting the project from start to finish by making proposals based on the state of the home and the customer's lifestyle.
Construction Management
Construction management is a job responsible for site management to ensure smooth progress of renovation and remodeling work. It involves proceeding with construction in cooperation with craftspeople and partner companies while checking the progress, quality, and safety of the work. It plays an important role in ensuring that construction proceeds as planned while grasping the site conditions and protecting the quality of home building. It supports reliable construction by managing the process until completion.
Design
Design is the job of planning the creation of spaces for reform and renovation. We design floor plans, equipment layouts, and interior designs, taking into account customer requests and the characteristics of the building, to create a plan for the entire home. We aim to create homes that balance functionality and design, clearly communicating the finished space through drawings and images. Our role is to give concrete form to the ideal living space.

Application RequirementsGraduates of 4-year universities, graduate schools, colleges of technology, and vocational schools with a major in architecture who are expected to graduate by March 2026 and have no prior work experience (majors that qualify for the Level 2 Architect examination upon graduation or during their studies).

SalaryMonthly Salary: ¥290,000 (includes base salary, sales allowance, and fixed overtime allowance)
