Main job duties
Renovation Planner
A renovation planner is someone who carefully listens to a client's requests and lifestyle to propose a plan for building their home.
We conduct on-site surveys, create renovation/remodeling plans based on layouts, features, and interior finishing, and are responsible for providing estimates and explaining the scope of work. To help our clients achieve their ideal lifestyle, we offer proposals based on the condition of their homes and their lifestyles, and provide comprehensive support until completion.
Construction Management
Construction management is a job that oversees the site to ensure smooth progress of renovation and remodeling work. They proceed with construction in cooperation with craftspeople and partner companies, while checking the construction process, quality, and safety.
This is a crucial role to grasp the site conditions, coordinate construction to proceed as planned, and ensure the quality of home building. We manage all processes until completion, supporting a construction system that allows for peace of mind.
Design
Design is the job of planning the creation of space in reform and renovation. We design floor plans, equipment layouts, and interior designs based on the client's requests and the building's characteristics to create an overall plan for the home. By clearly sharing the completed space through drawings and renderings, we aim to create a home that balances functionality and design. Our role is to translate the ideal living space into a concrete form.

Application RequirementsGraduates of 4-year universities, graduate schools, colleges of technology, and vocational schools with a major in architecture who are expected to graduate by March 2026 and have no prior work experience (majors that qualify for the Level 2 Architect examination upon graduation or during their studies).

SalaryMonthly Salary: ¥290,000 (includes base salary, sales allowance, and fixed overtime allowance)
